We named the company Karma-link specifically because we believe in the connection between one's actions and achieving successful results. Co-founder & President
Lisa is the Co-Founder and President of Karma-Link. She has an extensive background focused on customer service and experience; association and conference management; as well as an overall understanding of the importance of marketing and communications. She brings her passion and enthusiasm to our customers and members with her strong organization and interpersonal skills.
Co-founder & General Manager
Bill is the co-founder and General Manager of Karma-Link. Bill started Karma-link with Lisa after a 30-year corporate career. Bill has expertise in commercial operations, business development, customer success, digital transformation and financial management. He has a proven track record of starting new ventures, innovation and leading change. At Karma-Link, Bill focused on assisting our clients with financial & technology management and program management of our events and conferences.
Manager, Customer Success & Communications
Emily has been working in association management since she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Management, and International Business in 2015. She played varsity softball during her time at Minot State University (ND), and now coaches girls’ baseball in her spare time. She provides informed service and support to customers with an emphasis on programs and tasks that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. She has expertise in social marketing, communications, and major event planning and execution.
Manager, Community Engagement & Publications
Lesia has a background in Building Science Engineering and began her career with 15 years in consulting engineering, followed by a pivot to scholarly publishing with the Canadian Journal of Civil Engineering. Her most recent position as Scientific Publishing Editor and social media lead for the Canadian Geotechnical Journal has provided her with expertise in community engagement and publishing.
Evan has been working with Karma-Link since before its inception. He helped develop our branding and logo and since has developed logos and branding for several customers. For TAC, Evan will be a general resource we can leverage for creating event logos, advertisements, etc.
