  • Manage social media presence and posts via LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media platforms

  • Advise client's Executive and Board of social media and digital strategy 

Accounting and Financial Management

  • Prepare the annual budget and provide quarterly reports 

  • Monthly reconciliation of client's books

  • Coordinate and support the annual audit process

  • Provide general bookkeeping and treasury services 

Executive and Board Support / Governance

  • Assisting in the preparation of the AGM and board materials (including presentations)

  • Minute taking and register updates for AGM and other Board meetings

  • Maintain official association records and documents

Contract and Vendor Management

  • Manage client's vendors ensuring compliance with agreed to terms & conditions

  • Assess current contracts with vendors and recommend improvements (if applicable)
